Andrew Gaggin is a litigation Partner of Murdoch Clarke. He has practised as a litigation lawyer since 1990 and has extensive experience as solicitor and counsel before the Supreme Court of Tasmania, Federal Court, Magistrates Court, Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Tribunal, Tasmanian Industrial Commission and Australian Industrial Relations Commission. Andrew is a member of the Tasmanian Bar Association.

He is a Director and Board member of the Tasmanian Cricket Association.
