Damian has been a Partner of Murdoch Clarke since 1986. He has extensive commercial law experience in numerous areas including mortgages, corporations law, sale and purchase of businesses, leasing and conveyancing. He acts for a wide range of clients in negotiating, drafting and completing agreements and transactions of a commercial nature.

Damian is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Chair of the Retirement Benefits Fund, member of the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee (Legal) and director of a number or proprietary business corporations.
