Luke Golding graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2004 and commenced practising at Murdoch Clarke in 2005.

Luke practises in property and commercial law including residential and commercial conveyancing, disposal and acquisition of businesses, wills, estate planning and estate administration, powers of attorney, leasing and other property and commercial matters.

Luke also practises in local government, environment and town planning law, industrial relations law and in general litigation matters.

Luke regularly appears in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania and Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal, and has experience appearing in various other courts, tribunals and commissions.
