Abigael Stubbs

Abigael graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2022 with a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with Honours.

Abigael was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania and joined Murdoch Clarke as a graduate lawyer in 2023.

Abigael practises in Murdoch Clarke’s family law department and can assist both Legal Aid and private clients in parenting and property disputes. Abigael believes in helping her clients find solutions through alternative dispute resolution when possible, but is also able to assist clients in navigating the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

In her spare time, Abigael enjoys spending time at the beach, playing tennis and eating good food with friends.
